Unless stated otherwise, the text, product descriptions, photos, sign layouts and graphics on jarvisneon.com are owned by Jarvis Neon or used with permission. You may share links to our pages and view or print them for personal use. Copying, republishing or selling our content, or using our product photos in other listings, requires our written permission.
Designs you send us
When you order a custom sign, you keep the rights to the text, logo or artwork you provide. You confirm that:
- you created the material yourself, or you own it, or you have permission from the owner to have it made into a sign;
- the material does not copy a registered trademark, brand logo, film or game character, or other protected work belonging to someone else without permission.
We use your material only to produce, ship and support your order. We do not add customer designs to our catalog or show them publicly without asking you first.
Requests we decline
We do not make signs that reproduce other companies’ logos or brand names, or well-known characters, unless the customer can show they are authorized to use them. If a design looks like it may infringe someone’s rights, we will contact you before production. If the issue cannot be resolved, we cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Our name
Jarvis Neon is an independent sign shop. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any film studio, entertainment company or brand.
