DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Jarvis Neon respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same from customers who submit designs for custom signs. If you believe that material on jarvisneon.com infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, you can send us a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to file a notice

Send your notice by email to support@jarvisneon.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Please include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  3. The URL of each page on our site where the material appears, so we can find it.
  4. Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Notices missing any of these items may take longer to process because we will need to ask for the missing details.

What happens next

When we receive a complete notice, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We may forward the notice to the person who supplied the material and, where relevant, cancel production of a related custom order.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address. It should include your signature, a description of the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may share the counter-notice with the original complainant.

Repeat infringement

We may refuse future orders or close accounts of users who repeatedly submit infringing material.

False claims

Please make sure the material really infringes your rights before sending a notice. Knowingly false claims may lead to legal liability.
