Ordering and customizing
Can I put my own text or logo on a sign?
Yes. Most of our signs are personalized with your text, and we can also work from a logo or simple artwork. See our Customization page for what to send us.
What are the signs made of?
Our standard construction is LED neon flex on acrylic. The flexible LED tube is shaped to your design and fixed onto a clear acrylic backing, which is cut to follow the layout of the sign.
Are these real glass neon signs?
No. They are LED neon signs. LED neon flex gives a similar glow to traditional glass neon, but it runs at low voltage, is lighter, and does not use gas.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure checkout.
Production and shipping
How long until my sign arrives?
Production takes 5–7 business days. After that, estimated transit time is 6–9 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to addresses in the United States. International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination, and the cost appears at checkout.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number when your sign ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
Changes, returns and problems
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours, a 15% cancellation fee applies because production may have started. If you need to change text or an address, email us as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns that are not caused by a fault on our side carry a 15% restocking fee. See our Return & Refund Policy.
My sign arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a video of the sign and the packaging. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, every sign has a 1 year warranty covering faults in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use. See our Warranty page.
Using your sign
How do I hang or place the sign?
That depends on the design. Wall signs are usually mounted through holes in the acrylic backing, and some designs are made to stand on a desk or shelf. The product page lists the mounting option for each design. Mount on a solid surface near a power outlet and use fixings suitable for your wall.
Can I use it outdoors?
Our signs are designed for indoor use, including inside a shop window. Keep them away from rain, water and steam.
How do I clean it?
Unplug the sign, then wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners.
Is it safe to leave on for long periods?
LED neon flex gives off far less heat than glass neon tubes. Even so, use only the adapter supplied, keep some air space around it, and switch the sign off when nobody is in the room or overnight.
