Track Your Order

Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to see the current status of your Jarvis Neon order. Your order number is in the confirmation email we sent after purchase.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What each stage means

  • Processing: we have your order and your sign is being made. Production takes 5–7 business days.
  • Completed / Shipped: your sign has left production and is with the carrier. Estimated transit time is 6–9 business days. The tracking number is in your shipping email.

Tracking number not updating?

Carrier tracking can take a day or two to show the first scan after a label is created. If there has been no movement for several business days, or the tracking shows a delivery problem, email us with your order number and we will check with the carrier.
