Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to your use of jarvisneon.com and to any order you place with Jarvis Neon. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy.
1. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the items in your cart. We confirm acceptance by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a design request cannot be produced, if a product was listed with an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, any payment taken is refunded in full.
2. Made-to-order products
Signs are built to order after purchase. Production takes 5–7 business days and estimated transit is 6–9 business days. These are estimates, and delivery dates are not fixed.
3. Custom designs and your content
If you send text, a logo, artwork or other material for a custom sign, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We may refuse designs that appear to use someone else’s trademark, copyrighted character or brand name without permission, or that are offensive or unlawful. You keep ownership of your material; you give us permission to use it only to produce and deliver your order and to handle support for it.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping within the United States is free; international shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. Import duties and taxes on international orders are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Product appearance
Product photos and mockups show how a sign is designed to look. Because each sign is handmade from LED neon flex on acrylic, small differences in line shape, color tone and brightness are normal. Colors can also look different on different screens. Listed sizes are approximate.
6. Cancellations, returns and warranty
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours; after that, a 15% cancellation fee applies until the order ships. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee for returns not caused by a fault on our side. Damage in transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Each sign has a 1 year warranty. Full details are on the linked policy pages.
7. Safe use
Use signs indoors with the power adapter supplied, and follow the care notes in our Warranty page. Do not cut, bend or open the neon flex or the adapter.
8. Intellectual property
The text, photos, graphics and layout of this website belong to Jarvis Neon or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent. See our Copyright page.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
