Who we are
Jarvis Neon is a small online shop for custom LED neon signs. We focus on pieces that fit real spaces people use every day: a desk you work at, the wall behind a streaming camera, or the counter where customers pay. Every sign carries your words, your logo or your chosen design rather than a stock graphic.
Where we work from
Our team is based in Vietnam. That is where we take in orders, review each design request, answer customer emails and coordinate production. Support is available Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7).
Why this shop exists
Lighting changes how a room feels. A glowing name over a desk or a short line of text in a shop window can make a space feel personal in a way that a plain lamp cannot. We set up Jarvis Neon to make that kind of sign straightforward to order online, with clear sizes, clear timelines and a person on the other end of the email.
What we aim for
Our goal is simple: build each sign to the design you approved, describe it honestly, ship it carefully, and stand behind it after it arrives. We would rather tell you up front what a sign can and cannot do than oversell it.
How our business works
We work on a made-to-order model. Nothing is pulled from a warehouse shelf. When you place an order, your sign goes into production for that order only, which takes 5–7 business days, and then ships with an estimated transit time of 6–9 business days. Making signs to order means less waste and lets us personalize text, color and size.
Who makes the signs
Signs are built by partner LED neon fabrication studios that cut the acrylic backing, shape the LED neon flex and wire each piece. Our team handles the design review, order details, quality questions and customer support, and passes your specifications to the studio that builds your sign. The standard construction is LED neon flex on acrylic.
